Brittney Hall is currently employed at the largest healthcare system in Dallas Texas as a Senior Management Engineer where she is able to utilize her degree as an Industrial Engineer (IE) to optimize processes, improve labor management, and increase productivity within the healthcare system. She works with senior leaders to create tools to aid in optimizing staffing which leads to productivity improvements.She has found a unique way to engage people in being involved in Industrial Engineering in regards to system optimization while also improving the physical system. She is an advocate for the importance of mind and body connection for whole health, self-improvement and self-care.
