Bhagyashri also known as Shri is a great technical leader and does amazing work in the community. She started a nonprofit company called Academic Center of Sciences with the goal of bringing advanced concepts in science to middle school and high school students. She has been actively involved in mentoring students in STEM based initiatives by training these students to compete in national STEM based competitions such as eCyberMission sponsored by the US Army, Dallas Regional Science Fair, You Be the Chemist sponsored by Chemical Education Foundation and 3M sponsored Young Scientist. Several of these students have now gone on to join top universities pursuing STEM based careers.
