With a rich background in executive coaching, global team building, and robust engineering and systems analyst expertise, Melerick founded Drive Influence in 2009 to empower global executives and organizations seeking to elevate performance levels and business acumen.
Committed to community service, Melerick Mitchell has dedicated his time and expertise to various nonprofit boards across Dallas, Seattle, Tucson, and Las Vegas. His service extends to roles such as the National Professionals Chair for the National Society of Black Engineers, a Microsoft Loaned Executive to the United Way of King County, and significant contributions to organizations like the Technology Access Foundation in Seattle and Dream Jamaica in Kingston.
