The NSBE DFW Bridge Program is the chapter's signature program created to help college students transition from student to professional. The Bridge Program connects rising college juniors and seniors with mentorship opportunities with our professional members, that help these students navigate their careers with the goal of encouraging them to continue to advance in STEM and remain connected to the NSBE DFW network. Mentors and mentees connect at least once a month throughout the year.
