COLLEGE INITIATIVE
The NSBE DFW College Initiative Program is designed to forge powerful connections between our chapter's accomplished STEM professionals and the vibrant academic communities of Dallas-Fort Worth colleges and universities. This program isn't just about support; it's about building a robust pipeline of future Black engineers and technical leaders and offers a compelling opportunity for our potential sponsors to make a significant impact.
Through this vital initiative, NSBE DFW actively empowers five of the local NSBE student chapters at UT Dallas, UNT, TCU, SMU and UTA, by providing their members with unparalleled resources.
We are actively seeking visionary leaders—both individuals and organizations—to amplify the voices of these promising students. Your partnership allows our professional members to expand their reach and make an even greater impact in diverse capacities.
By supporting our College Initiative Program, sponsors don't just invest in a program; they invest directly in the future of STEM, cultivate a diverse talent pool, and strengthen the DFW professional landscape.

AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
The Ambassador Program provides an opportunity for exceptional chapter members to serve as official representatives for local NSBE student chapters. Their role is to drive engagement and inspire a new generation to pursue excellence in STEM.
Ambassadors attend student chapter meetings to act as liaisons, speaking on behalf of NSBE DFW and their companies. They also gather member insights to help shape future initiatives.

COLLEGE TO CAREERS
College To Careers (C2C) is NSBE DFW's signature one-day conference, designed to empower college students as they prepare to transition into demanding STEM careers. Proudly hosted in collaboration with The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers DFW Chapter (SHPE DFW), C2C offers an unparalleled opportunity for your organization to engage with the next generation of diverse technical leaders.
This comprehensive conference provides students with a wide range of professional development activities. They also gain invaluable insights from engaging panel discussions with industry veterans and inspiring keynote speakers who share strategic career advice. Crucially, scholarships are awarded to select student attendees, directly supporting their educational pursuits.
Partner with NSBE DFW and SHPE DFW to invest in C2C, and together, let's build a stronger, more diverse STEM pipeline.
