Brianna Richardson

Brianna Richardson has a diverse background in Engineering, Operations management and Process Improvement. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from the University of North Texas, BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Alabama Huntsville, and a BS in Applied Mathematics from Oakwood University.

She has worked for a variety of organizations in the commercial and defense industries, and she currently works at Raytheon as a Supplier Engineer where she is focused on supplier technical management and process improvement. She has held roles as an Industrial Engineer, Project Engineer and Operations Engineer and also has expertise in areas such as staffing and skill development, cost reduction, project management, process optimization and she has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency within organizations. 

Brianna has served as NSBE secretary and served within programs /professional development for NSBE at the chapter/ region over the past 12 years. She loves working with and helping others, and in her free time she enjoys a good workout class, playing, volleyball and being a realtor helping friends and family buy/sell real estate.
