Ryan Powell, PE, CMRP, is a distinguished professional with a background in Mechanical Engineering and asset management. He holds a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech.
Currently serving as the Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Nouryon, a global leader in specialty chemicals, Ryan's leadership and technical acumen have played a pivotal role in optimizing operations and enhancing efficiency at their Fort Worth site. His expertise spans a wide spectrum, from overseeing complex engineering projects to formulating effective maintenance strategies that ensure peak performance of critical systems.
Beyond his corporate role, Ryan has extended his expertise to the broader industry landscape through his consulting firm, Arpe Engineering. As the founder of the firm, he leverages his knowledge to provide consulting services that bridge the gap between theoretical engineering concepts and practical solutions.

Ryan conducted research at NIST and two NASA sites during his undergrad career publishing at the former. Originally he was planning a career in Academia but turned it down to pursue private industry.
