Zaire Silvia

Zaire Silvia serves as the Program Zone Chair for the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) DFW Professionals Chapter, where she leads programs that strengthen community connections, expand access to STEM opportunities, and cultivate mentorship networks. A proud graduate of Tuskegee University, Johns Hopkins University, and Indiana University, she blends her leadership experience and dedication to service to empower engineers at every stage of their journey. Guided by NSBE’s mission, Zaire works to inspire culturally responsible leaders who excel academically, succeed professionally, and create lasting positive change within their communities.
